What helps us quote it right:

• About when the house was built. Before 1978 means we plan lead-safe work, and before 1950 often means plaster walls.
• Whether it's in Hall Street or Museum Hill. Some exterior changes there need city approval, though repairs in kind don't.
• For each item: the room, what you see, when it started and whether it changes with the weather.
• Photos, if you have them. We'll tell you how to send them after you submit.
